Our Firearms Safety Courses are held weekly, and all the below courses can be combined on request. We are also offering one on one training due to the amount of people wishing to attend a private course.

Some of the firearms that will be demonstrated are shotguns, rimfire rifles,semi automatic pistols, lever action rifles, break action handguns, revolver, air pistol and bolt action rifles . You may also use a crossbow depending on the course you are undertaking.

QLD Training Centre specialise in Firearms Safety Training Courses for category A, B, C, D, H, M & R
All our Firearms courses are conducted by our fully qualified licenced trainers located across Queensland.
When attending one of our training courses you will be shown several firearms both rimfire and centerfire,and the safe and correct way to use and handle them.
When you apply for a Weapons Licence, you must provide a copy of a statement of attainment showing you have completed an approved firearms safety course for weapons within the previous 12 month period.
To obtain a licence to possess and/or use firearms in Queensland, you need to demonstrate that you have an adequate knowledge of safety practices for the use, storage and maintenance of the weapon that you are applying for.

QTC can cater for up to 20 participants for any course (a little more if organised), so if your not a fan of undertaking courses on your own, bring your friends, work colleagues or team mates to participate with you.
CUSTOMISED COURSES
We can customise and modify course content to include other categories, bundling your safety certifications into one neat little package.
PRE-COURSE READING
Upon booking your firearms safety certification course, QTC will send you some reading material for you to familiarise and prepare yourself, prior to undertaking the course.
